Summer Camp
Review: If you’re even aware of this movie’s existence, you’re aware of how random it is that I’ve seen it. This is a film about some older woman who go to a summer camp reunion. And it was exactly that. That’s all I can say. If I was a woman in my early to mid 60s (I’m not), I probably would’ve loved this.
High: I like Josh Peck. His character was silly and under used and Kathy Bates was mean to him for no reason. Him cleaning up the cafeteria was funny as was him chomping on those Sun Chips.
Low: Somehow 96 minutes felt way too long and the big climactic speech literally made zero sense.
